A-Team Plan Comes Together With Neeson and Cooper
It’s been the inspiration for countless childhood garage DIY projects and was essential viewing for anyone who planned on joining a renegade group of soldiers of fortune in later life.
Now, presumably just because it’s there, the A-Team is to be made into a movie.
But before you sink to your knees, make fists and scream, “whhyyy?!,” know that there’s some pretty serious money being pumped into the long-dead corpse of the show if the big names being bandied about are anything to go by.
Currently being touted to play cigar-smoking, leather glove sporting, white-haired mastermind John ‘Hannibal’ Smith is Batman‘s Liam Neeson.
The Joe Carnahan-directed adaptation is also in talks with The Hangover‘s Bradley Cooper to play Templeton “Faceman” Peck.
The thing about the original 80s TV show is that the A-Team were on the run from a crime they didn’t commit. But if this project goes tits-up, they will be held responsible.
