Everyone is jumping on the Thor bandwagon.

The latest is Anthony Hopkins, who is in negotiations to play the Norse god and the hero’s dad Odin in Marvel Studio’s adaptation, directed by Kenneth Branagh.

In the meantime, Hannibal Lecter himself is appearing in “The Wolfman,” as well as Woody Allen’s “You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger.”

Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Jamie Alexander and Colm Feore are already confirmed for the studio’s Asgard product. And if the Robert De Niro and Jude Law rumours are remotely true, Thor will be packing an all-star cast.

Thor, scripted by Mark Protosevich, Zack Stentz, and Ashley Miller with Marvel, is scheduled for a Summer 2011 release.
