Owen Wilson To Star In Marmaduke
As of late, it seems Owen Wilson has become quite the dog devotee.
After living with a Golden Lab in the big hit Marley & Me, Wilson is practicing his bark for his Great Dane voice-over in Fox’s computer animated Marmaduke, says THR.
The film is based on the long-running comic strip Marmaduke. A family who has begun their new life in Orange County struggles with their pet—a troublesome Great Dane. Essentially, it is Marley & Me with a different breed of canine.
Directed by Tom Dey (Shanghai Noon) and featuring the voice of Great Dane Wilson, Marmaduke is set for a June 2010 release.
