Emily Blunt Dishes On Working With Del Toro
The Wolfman’s leading lady Emily Blunt spilled to Stylist magazine on what is was like to work with Benicio Del Toro.
While we’re totally jealous of, well, pretty much everything about Emily, we’re most envious of her working with tall, dark and brooding Benicio.
The Brit beauty spoke about Benicio’s public persona, “People are intimidated by by Benicio, but what they don’t realise is that he’s actually intimidated by most people. He’s so impossibly shy!”
But our inside gossip girls were disappointed to learn that there wasn’t even any mild flirtation between the stars. “Once I got to know him, we had such a laugh because he’s really rude and bawdy. I was like his annoying sister by the end.”
Blunt also described why Benicio is perfect to play the wolfman and apparently it has nothing to do with his sideburns. “I can’t think of a better guy to play the Wolfman because he has something exhilarating and disarming about him, and you need that to believe in this character.”
