isabellucas210x300While it continues to gain cast members, Tarsem Singh’s War of The Gods seems to have some trouble holding on to a title.

The project was previously named Dawn of War which became War of The Gods. Now it will be called Immortals. Why? No idea but we imagine it’s an attempt to distance the film from Clash of The Titans.

According to Slash Film, Immortals just got a heavyweight in the shape of John Hurt who’ll be taking on the role of Zeus. If the title doesn’t do the trick then casting Hurt as King of the Gods will definitely set this movie apart from Clash.

Isabel Lucas has also signed on to play goddess of wisdom and strategy, Athena. You might not recognise the name but Lucas played Alice the Decepticon Pretender in Transformers 2: Revenge of The Fallen and she starred in Aussie soap Home and Away.

We know that bright young things playing Gods seems like an attractive concept but would you believe 25 year old Lucas as Athena? Drop a comment down below.
