Seth Rogen Linked To This Means War
Director McG is behind the camera for the film which sees a two best-friend roommates battle it over a woman when she rents the spare bedroom in their New York apartment.
That’s not it though, one of the friends is a secret agent and the squabble escalates quickly. When their clash becomes violent landmarks such as the Empire State Building and Statue Of Liberty end up destroyed.
Apparently, 20th Century Fox have been trying to get the idea into shape since 1998. James Franco gave it a miss while Bradley Cooper signed on but later ditched it. Matt Damon and Robert Downey Jr were also previously linked to the film – reports The Wrap.
Role Models co-writer Tim Dowling is working on the screenplay and it will be produced by Will Smith through his Overbrook Entertainment firm.
