Ubisoft 300Video games titans Ubisoft have opened a film studio in Paris dedicated to the adaptation of the company’s games into films and TV shows.

Ubisoft Motion Pictures, as the studio will imaginatively be titled, will be lead by executives with experience in the French film industry.

Big-name game titles from Ubisoft include Assassin’s Creed, Call of Juarez, Driver and Rayman. Any of which could presumably now be made into films.

This news is sure to be well received by fans of game-to-film adaptations. Assuming that there are any, that is.
