Big Brother Day 85 - Lisa’s Harsh Words for Kat

Lisa said listening to Kathreya was like “Chinese torture”.

The former bodybuilder - who won £25,000 last night - told Mikey how she can’t stand the bubbly cookie monster during a private chat this afternoon.

She said: “It’s every night she’s kept me awake. Who in their right mind would put up with it and not say anything?

“It’s driving me insane, it’s like Chinese torture.”

Mikey - who has fallen out with Kat in the past and claims her positive personality is all an act - agreed with Lisa’s comment, saying her singing really gets on his nerves.

Lisa went on to say she believes her dislike for Kat has been the main reason she clashes with the 30-year-old Thai masseuse.

Later, Mikey laid into Rex and told him exactly what he thought of him.

He said: “You don’t realise you’re a control freak and bullying everybody.”

He added: “Rex will never accept any responsibility. Classic bully.”

Big Brother Day 85 - Where’s Darnell?

Housemates feared Darnell had left the ‘Big Brother’ house this afternoon.

The songwriter had been in the Diary Room for two hours, sparking rumours he had followed through with previous threats to quit the show.

Sara - who has clashed with Darnell on several occasions in the past week - began to defend her part in the rapper’s desire to leave.

She said: “It’s not my fault!

“He’s gonna come back anyway. He’s not gonna leave. They won’t let him, even if he says he wants to.”

Lisa added: “He’s in the final. He won’t go.”

But Darnell decided against walking.

He said: “As much as I want to go home, it’s quite pointless as I’m not going to anything.

“So it’s not gonna change. The people who have walked before have walked because they know on the outside, it’s different, and it’s going to help them.

“I know that if I walk, the feelings aren’t going to go away, because I’m going to go to nothing.”

Big Brother Day 85 - Mikey Would Nominate Rex Twice

Mikey said he would have nominated Rex twice if he could have.

The blind radio producer - who has made no secret of his dislike for the wealthy playboy - told Rex how much he wanted him out of the house.

The comment came after Mikey offered Sara his last tea bag, due to the house being denied hot drinks thanks to their basic shopping budget.

Sara said: “Oh thanks, I feel like I wanna cry I’m so excited.”

Mikey replied: “Not at all.”

But Rex said Mikey had an ulterior motive to his generosity, saying he felt guilty about nominating the sexy Aussie in last night’s public nominations.

He said: “Look at that, that’s sheer guilt on Mikey’s mind.”

But Sara stood up for Mikey’s kind gesture.

She said: “No, he would have given it to me anyway.”

Arrogant chef Rex went on to demand Mikey do something nice to make up for using his second nomination to put him forward for eviction.

He said: “Where’s my present, after you nominated me when I didn’t nominate you?”

Mikey replied: “I would have nominated you twice if I could have.”

Big Brother Day 85 - Kat Calls Mo a Liar

Kathreya branded Mohamed a “liar” this morning.

The usually upbeat cookie monster let rip at the 24-year-old toy demonstrator after he told her to “shut up” singing.

She said: “That’s rude! No need to be rude. Especially when I always said, ‘Mohamed is the most genuine guy and he never lies.’ No need to be rude.

“Better just leave it, Mo.”

Mohamed got up and walked around the bedroom, telling the rest of the group Kat was upset because he nominated Rachel last night.

Kat heard what he said.

She responded: “”No, I’m not. I’m upset that you lied to me.”

Mohamed claimed he had previously announced he might “trip” someone.

Kat said: “Yeah, and you said, for the people who are your friends, you will never trip them.”

Mohamed said he had every right to nominate the sweet-natured trainee teacher - which he was forced to do in front of her last night - because she had upset him.

Big Brother Day 85 - Share and Share Alike

Lisa would not have trusted Rex to share the £50,000 prize last night.

The former bodybuilder, 40, told Mikey she was pleased she was up against Sara last night when they were given the option of taking the sum or sharing it between them.

She said: “I knew I’d share and I was 99 per cent sure Sara would as well.”

But Mikey - who has openly said he dislikes Rex - asked the recently engaged sales rep what she would have done if she had faced Rex as well.

He asked: “If Rex had another vote, what would you have done?”

Lisa replied: “I asked Rex last night if he would have shared and he said, ‘yes’. I would have shared with him.”

Mikey asked if she would have trusted the wealthy playboy to share, saying Rex has been selfish for the whole 13 week run of the show.

Lisa answered: “No I wouldn’t, but I don’t know why?

“Rex is a bit of a risk taker, a gambler, and I think he’s a bit ruthless. He makes it clear he’s the most important person in his life. I wouldn’t put it past him.

“But there is a part of him that can be very nice.”

Big Brother Day 85 - Rex Angry at Darnell

Rex was furious with Darnell last night after discovering he nominated Nicole.

The wealthy playboy branded the paranoid songwriter a “backstabber” after finding out he was partly responsible for girlfriend Nicole’s eviction.

Housemates were told they are free to discuss nominations now the last two contestants have been put forward for eviction.

He said: “That’s not cool, dude. You a***hole. I’m very disappointed in you. I never thought that. That’s proper stabbed me in the back.

“That’s a really low blow. Backstabber!”

Darnell insisted he thought it would be for the good of the group.

Rex later forgave the rapper for nominating Nicole - who received the highest percentage of the public vote in ‘Big Brother’ history at 94 per cent - after heartfelt apologies from Darnell.

Darnell said: “Nicole got to be on ‘Big Brother’ and be with you, so for her to leave was win-win.”

Rex eventually said: “It’s alright Darnell, I forgive you, dude. I just hope she does.”

Big Brother Day 84: Mikey’s Tirade

Mikey launched into a foul-mouthed tirade after Rex kept him awake last night.

The blind radio producer let rip at the professional chef this morning after waking up on the wrong side of the bed.

He said “For f**k’s sake. I didn’t get any f**king sleep. That’s why I’m tired today, because inconsiderate people were chatting at the top of their voice for about a f**king hour.

“Why the f**k could they not just go to the f**king living room?

“I’m absolutely furious at Rex. He’s one of the most inconsiderate people I’ve ever met. It was at the top of his voice!”

Former bodybuilder Lisa agreed Mikey had every right to be upset.

She said “I could hear Mikey saying, ‘Can you please just go into the other room and talk?’ And I don’t blame you Mikey.”

But loved up Lisa - who was recently engaged to former housemate Mario - had a more pleasant sleep.

She said “I was in a lovely deep sleep, dreaming of Mario. Very strongly. And the night before, and the night before that!”

Kat threatened to knife Rex this afternoon (12pm).

The usually positive thinking cookie monster told Rex she would “stab him in the back” if he stayed in the kitchen after the chef questioned her on the blade she was carrying.

Rex has dominated the kitchen since entering the house and is always giving cooking tips to fellow housemates, much to their annoyance.

Meanwhile, Darnell - who threatened to quit the show yesterday - insisted head of house Mohamed order 280 of Big Brother’s ever changing mystery prizes instead of food.

He said “I’ve never cried or moaned about anything material. I’ve never asked for anything.

“If we get all special tokens, then they’ll get the chance to give us everything they’ve wanted to give us.”

But level headed Mikey did not think there would be enough time to come up with that many surprises.

He said: “”It’ll take Big Brother two days just to think of them.”

Big Brother Day 84: HM’s to Win Big Bucks

One housemate will win £50,000 tonight.

In a shock live show, Big Brother contestants will be put to a series of tough questions to determine the winner of the prize.

The unlucky bunch will also be forced to nominate in front of each other live on air.

The grand prize of £100,000 is not affected by tonight’s contest.

The live show will broadcast on Channel 4 at 11.05pm.

Meanwhile, Darnell has vowed to give all his money away if he wins the show.

The songwriter - who threatened to walk out yesterday because he is fed up of being “angry” all the time - said material wealth means nothing to him.

He said “If I win, all I’m going to do now is give it away to charity, give it to my mum or blow it on my friends.

“It’s not going to make me happy at all. It sucks and that’s why I get so mad.”

Rex fears he has been lynched by the media since entering the Big Brother house.

The arrogant chef - who in unaware his alleged affair with a stripper was made public - told Sara how girlfriend Nicole warned him to “expect the worse”.

But the wealthy playboy did not reveal his supposed infidelity.

He said “I know because of the people that I have associated myself with in my life. They are all in the media and a lot of the girls are models, all the guys are doing jobs in the media or whatever.

“For example, I have so many people that I know, it doesn’t take a genius to put two and two together to think some genius will make up a story.”

Rex also said Nicole - who was voted out of the house with the highest percentage of the public vote in ‘Big Brother’ history - had asked him “outrageous questions” which led him to believe rumours were being spread about him.

Big Brother Day 83: Mid-week Eviction Fears?

Housemates speculated about a mid-week eviction this afternoon.

The group - one of which will in fact be ousted tomorrow if they fail a special task - assumed there must be something going on as this week’s shopping task will last for one day instead of the usual two.

The contestants must perform their Las Vegas style show this evening, with Sara believing head of house Mohamed may have to pick his favourite acts to stay in the house.

Cookie monster Kathreya thinks the public are voting for the housemate they want out.

Grumpy Darnell - who called Sara an “ugly b***h” yesterday - said he was “not cool” with a mid-week eviction and believes he will be the one to go.

Meanwhile, Lisa told Rachel she imagines the whole house has been nominated, with one person being kicked out on Wednesday followed by a double eviction on Friday.

Mohamed is immune from eviction this week after housemates unwittingly nominated him as head of house.

Rex broke out of his straightjacket in record time this afternoon.

The arrogant playboy escaped the garment in just a few minutes after his first attempt at the escapologist stunt.

And the show-off did it again in seconds on his next try.

He said “We are finished. What are we going to do, have a cigarette? I’ve got nothing to do for the rest of the day.”

Meanwhile, Mikey and Darnell - who have been instructed by head of house Mohamed to only answer to ‘Elton’ and ‘Kiki Dee’ - camped it up as they rehearsed for their performance of ‘Don’t Go Breaking My Heart’.

Darnell/Elton said “Alright Kiki, let’s take it to them now. You burning up, you hot as usual, you know that?”

Mikey/Kiki made a move on Darnell/Elton.

He/she said “I know you’ve got a husband, Elton, but you know, I’ve got needs too. So have you.”

Darnell/Elton replied:”Of course I have. All the time.”

Mikey/Kiki added “Your husband won’t be watching. He’ll be busy.”

The pair proceeded to rub up against each other.

Big Brother Day 83: Rex in a Straight Jacket?

Rex volunteered to lock himself in a straight jacket.

The boastful bully stepped up to the task after Mohamed read the instructions for the Las Vegas themed task this afternoon.

He said “I wanna become the escapologist.”

But sales rep Lisa - who was recently blown away by lover Mario’s shock proposal on Sunday - did not seem so confident in Rex’s skills.

She said “We need to pass, obviously.”

Head of house Mohamed went on to assign Darnell and Mikey with the task of impersonating Elton John and Kiki Dee and singing the pair’s hit ‘Don’t Go Breaking My Heart’.

Darnell asked Mikey “Do you wanna be the dude, or shall I?”

Lisa and Rachel were chosen as magicians and have spent much of the afternoon practicing, using a portable DVD to watch an expert perform card tricks.

Lisa said “I’m good at hand to eye, but I’m not the fastest. But we’ll have a go.”

Kathreya and Sara were chosen as the illusionist and assistant.

Darnell has changed his mind about wanting to quit Big Brother.

The emotional songwriter backtracked on his comments earlier this morning, saying he does not want to go before a task.

Darnell is rehearsing for his part as Elton John, alongside Mikey as Kiki Dee for a rendition of ‘Don’t Go Breaking My Heart’.

The rapper was called to the Diary Room this afternoon (2pm), prompting his fellow housemates to wind him up about his previous desire to leave.

Rex joked “Maybe you’re out of here.”

Mohamed added “Yeah, that sounded bad.”

Earlier, Darnell ranted about how unhappy he was in the house and said he was fed up with seeing how happy everyone else was.

He said “There’s obviously something wrong with me, I’m never happy. I’m so angry, I’m so bitter. I can’t deal with seeing everyone happy in the house.

“I’d do this just for you guys to get in the final. I want to go. I just can’t muster up the effort.”
