Big Brother Day 54: Rex Bullies Rachel

rex.jpgRex continued to bully Rachel about her profile video this afternoon.

The arrogant chef - who branded Rachel a “liar” and a “fake” last night after seeing a screening of her before she entered the house didn’t match her personality - began winding her up again in the garden.

He said “What’s up faker?”

Rachel replied “I don’t care anymore, Rex. I really don’t.”

But the self-styled playboy wouldn’t let up, telling the trainee teacher she played a “good game”.

Rachel said “Just because I’m not your interpretation of being confident, doesn’t mean I’m not confident.  Just because you think I’m boring, Rex, does not mean I’m boring.

“And just because you don’t think I’m chatty and bubbly does not mean I’m not chatty and bubbly… So there.”

Rex replied “Well, you were on the video anyway. And you played a good game. Don’t think you’ve got me fooled, eh? Rachel.”

Rex went on to poke fun at how Rachel doesn’t mention her nationality in the video, claiming she isn’t actually from Wales.

He said to Mohamed “What did she say? I think she said it in Welsh. Oh wait, I forgot, she’s not even from Wales.”

Rachel replied “I did talk about Wales. It’s not my fault they didn’t put it in.”

Rex added “They obviously didn’t think you sounded Welsh enough to play on that fact. Or didn’t think you knew enough about Wales, like where it is for instance.”

Big Brother Day 54: Rachel Vows to Hit Back

rachel.jpgRachel has vowed to hit back at anyone who puts her down.

The normally reserved trainee teacher told Kathreya she is not prepared to let people walk over her any more during a chat this morning.

The promise came after Rex laid into the 24-year-old last night when he saw her profile video made before she entered the house.

She said “I’m a lot stronger than people think. That’s part of what’s been shown in my VT. If someone is putting me down I’m not gonna sit back and let them do it.”

Rich playboy Rex accused Rachel of being “fake” and said she should worry about her position in the house.

Kathreya comforted the Welsh beauty in the garden earlier today.

She said “I think people who know you don’t think that, but people who don’t know you mean nothing to you because they don’t know you anyway.”

Rachel added: “Some people showed how they really feel last night. People who were saying things like, ‘this is going to affect the nominations’.

“Luke hates me. He’s always hated me.”

Later, Rex continued to wind Rachel up.

While sat in the nomination pod - a designated area where Heaven housemates are free to discuss who they want evicted - Rex shouted “bye” at Rachel as she walked past, hinting he was planning a coup to have her kicked out.

She shouted back “Bring it on Rex!”

Hell housemates have to sort around 14,000 sprinkles if they want to nominate this week.

The eight contestants who were not granted the privilege of living in the Heaven half of the house must arrange the edible beads into colour order.

Head of house Stuart - who has access to a nomination pod where he can freely discuss who he and the other Heaven housemates want to get the boot - broke the news this afternoon (12.30pm).

If they fail to categorise the sprinkles into different test tubes, Luke and Dale are likely to be nominated after the ‘Big Brother’ Angels planned to put their names forward.

Darnell feared the task may be too difficult for him because of his poor eyesight, while cheeky Maysoon asked if they were allowed to eat the tiny treats.

Dale likened the task to the job of the dad from ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’, who had to put the tops on toothpaste tubes.

Rachel asked “Is it a true story then, Dale?”

Big Brother Day 51 - Nervous Mo

mohamed.jpgMohamed is suffering from eviction nerves.

The toy demonstrator is facing the public vote alongside Rebecca and Darnell this week, and some of the other ‘Big Brother‘ housemates have noticed he is struggling to deal with the stressful situation.

As Mohamed lay slumped on the floor this afternoon, Rebecca asked: “Mo, how are you feeling?”

When he failed to reply, Lisa laughed: “He’s asleep! Flat out!”

Earlier, Maysoon had also expressed concern about Mohamed.

She said to Luke: “Recently Mo hasn’t been speaking much. I feel bad for him because I feel like he’s upset about something.”

Luke agreed, adding: “He’s not talking to anyone. Since the nominations were announced on Tuesday night he’s been nothing but unhappy.”

However, in a conversation with Darnell Mohamed hinted there might be another reason for his mood.

Last night, Mohamed and Rebecca shared a kiss during a raunchy game of Truth or Dare.

Today, he hinted he had an ulterior motive for getting amorous with Bex. Chatting about how would be leaving the house tonight, he said: “That kiss could kill Rebecca.”

Big Brother Day 51 - Rex Mocks Kat & Rach

rex.jpgRex mocked Rachel and Kathreya this afternoon.

To stave off boredom, cookie-loving Kat and Welsh beauty queen Rachel decided to make some biscuits for the other ‘Big Brother‘ housemates, but chef Rex teased them when their attempts at baking did not go to plan.

After mixing up the batter, Kat was worried she had got the recipe wrong so took the mixture to show Rex.

He declared: “What did you do to make it that bad? How much milk did you put in it?”

He then told the forlorn masseuse she would have to make a cake instead of cookies because the mixture was completely wrong.

He snapped: “Why didn’t you listen to what I told you? You’re two girls who can’t even make a basic recipe.”

Next, Rachel accidentally used the wrong cloth to mop up some mess on the work top.

Noticing her mistake, grumpy Rex bitchily asked if she ever did anything to help around the house at home.

Meanwhile, Luke also got stuck into Rachel, claiming he would “vomit” if she won the show.

Big Brother Day 49 - Eviction Discussions

big-brother-logo.gifLuke, Rebecca, Stuart and Dale discussed who they think will be evicted this afternoon.

The four ‘Big Brother‘ contestants started gossiping about the impending eviction - which sees Rebecca, Darnell and Mohamed all facing the public vote - while in the luxury bedroom.

Luke was adamant Mohamed - who has been criticised for being greedy and not sharing food - would be leaving, but Rebecca thought Darnell would be heading home.

Mimicking Davina McCall, Luke said: “The sixth person to be evicted from the ‘Big Brother’ house is… Darnell.”

He then claimed the words sounded good together which could mean Darnell was heading home.

Stuart said: “The sixth person to be evicted from the ‘Big Brother’ house is… Rebecca. Rebecca has a ring to it though!”

As Bex sat looking worried, the boys started discussing which of the evicted contestants had received the worst reception from the crowd.

Dale and Stuart claimed Sylvia and muscle man Mario had received vicious boos, prompting Luke to moan he couldn’t hear because he never got close enough to the door when someone was leaving.

The tactless student turned to his love interest Bex and said: “I’m getting to the door if you get evicted!”

Denise Richards: It’s Complicated (‘cause I’ve got to pretend I don’t want my topless picture taken in Hawaii when I do really ‘cause how else am I going to perpetuate my fame?)

tn2_denise_richards_4-copy.jpgSo today, making the headlines is Denise Richards as part of her thrilling series, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated. She has demonstrated just how woefully difficult her life is when getting angry at a member of the paparazzi for taking pictures of her sunbathing topless on a beach.

Denise and her friends decided to relive college girl days on spring break by going to Hawaii to get their boobs out so that they could be all girly and bond and stuff.

In the show Denise is photographed by paps at the airport and on the way she tells the camera how she hopes desperately that they won’t get followed to the beach (which obviously they will and she’s well aware of this – and let’s face it, this episode probably wouldn’t exist if not).

The best thing is that her little tantrum at the photographer is so ridiculously her playing up to the camera that you simply can’t feel sorry for her. It makes one wonder, were you really angry Denise, were you? Or were you just hoping that there will be another pic of you in the papers, one in which you look all feisty and wild with no top on?

If you can be bothered, check out the series for yourself - Denise Richards: It’s Complicated is on E! NB. It’s not that complicated.

Big Brother Day 44: Eviction Talk

rex.jpgRex says if he survives tonight’s eviction he will be a “powerful housemate”.

Chatting to Belinda - who is also facing the public vote tonight - and Dale, the Big Brother contestant claimed he wanted to go home and had spent the week being annoying so viewers voted him out.

He said “I think I’ve been horrible enough this week and last week. And been really stuck up and talked about money and s**t so…”

Dale immediately interjected, saying “Believe me mate, that hasn’t just been the last couple of weeks. I’ve been here since day one, don’t you worry about that!”

Even Belinda agreed, saying “That’s true. You’ve been like this since I’ve been here.”

Rex said “I was like that for a while before that as well. If I stay that makes me a very powerful housemate.”

Dale and Belinda disagreed, with Belinda adding it wouldn’t be that impressive if he stayed because she is a “newbie”.

Clearly not worried about offending Belinda, Dale commented “It doesn’t really mean much if Belinda goes. The big thing is when someone’s been up twice against two original housemates. Then you’re powerful.”

Meanwhile, Luke and Sara said they are expecting Belinda to be evicted tonight.

Luke commented “Everyone thinks it’s a forgone conclusion.”

Sara added “I will be really shocked if they say Rex. I don’t want Belinda to go but I like Rex. When he winds me up it’s funny and I let him get away with it. There’s something about him.”

“His chequebook?” asked Luke.

Dale is “jealous” of the Hell housemates.

The trainee teacher made his surprising admission to Sara - who is living on the Hell side of the Big Brother divide along with Belinda, Lisa, Luke, Mikey, Rebecca and Stuart - this afternoon, claiming he had been envious of the cycling task they completed earlier this week.

Sara started the chat, saying “I don’t like this divide. And I’ve been feeling so jealous of you guys, with the food and everything.”

She also said the bike challenge - which saw the Hell group cycling 1040km in just 30 hours as part of this week’s shopping task - was “the hardest thing” she’d ever done and had affected everyone’s mood.

Dale admitted he’d been desperate to join in the peddling test, saying “Yeah, I saw you lot bonding over that task and I was proper jealous.”

In a separate conversation, a paranoid Dale discussed the possibility that new housemates might join the group tonight.

Chatting to some of the other contestants this afternoon (2pm) Dale admitted he wouldn’t be welcoming to any new arrivals.

He joked “If they put three new housemates in this week. I’ll punch them in the face and throw them out the door.”

Big Brother Day 44: Hell HM’s Get Treat At Last

big-brother-logo.gifBig Brother gave half the housemates egg and bacon sandwiches this morning.

After allowing the contestants to have a lie-in, Big Brother summoned them to the living room where it was announced egg and bacon sandwiches and hash browns were waiting in the store room.

Big Brother said (10.53am) “This is Big Brother. There are bacon sandwiches, fried egg sandwiches and hash browns in the Diary Room. For half of the house.”

Expecting those on the heavenly side to be awarded the food, Hell housemate Rebecca exclaimed “Aww, for f***s sake.”

However, her fears were unfounded when Big Brother continued: “Darnell, as Head of House, you must now decide whether Heavenly housemates, or housemates from Hell should receive this breakfast.”

As those in Hell - who have received no treats recently, while those in Heaven have enjoyed a barbecue, party and fish and chip dinner - began pleading their case, the heavenly group took pity on them.

Dale said “I’m not hungry. Two of our side can’t eat bacon sandwiches anyway.”

Rachel added “I’m still full from last night. We’ve had loads.”

Rex commented “Give it to Hell, dude.”

Unable to conceal his desire for the food, Hell inhabitant Mikey exclaimed “Darnell, you need to hurry up. It’s getting cold.”

A resigned Darnell said “Is everybody finished now? I guess we’re gonna have to give these bacon sandwiches to Hell.”

As the group tucked into their feast, Mohamed - the only member of the heavenly group not to suggest giving the food to Hell - gazed on enviously.

Rachel broke down in tears this morning (11.06am).

The Welsh beauty began crying after a cap on one of her teeth came loose, because she fears she may have to leave the Big Brother house in order to visit a dentist.

After going to the Diary Room to tell Big Brother about her problem tooth, she wailed “Big Brother is going to seek urgent medical advice. I don’t want to leave!”

The rules of the show state contestants can seek limited medical treatment, but prolonged attention may lead to eviction.

Seeing how upset Rachel was, Luke decided to offer some advice.

He said “Just try not to talk.”

Meanwhile, Rex - who is up for eviction along with Belinda - also visited the Diary Room this morning and admitted the threat of going home had been playing on his mind.

Asked how he felt, chef Rex replied: “Super duper - yeah, feeling great. I can’t wait to go home. Only joking. I couldn’t sleep last night, so I’m probably going to be falling asleep quite a lot today.”

Talking about the eviction, he said “I don’t think anyone - apart from Kathreya - is bothered who goes. I stayed up until five in the morning thinking about who was going to be there for me when I leave.”

Big Brother Day 43: HM’s Get Treats

darnell.jpgBig Brother supplied the housemates with packed lunches this morning (11.54am).

The contestants - who discovered they had failed this week’s shopping task last night, meaning they must survive on a basic budget of £1 per person per day for the second week running - were delighted with the treat, especially as they had all been moaning they were hungry.

As the group lounged around this morning, Big Brother suddenly announced “The store room is now open for housemates to collect their individual packed lunches.”

A thrilled Rachel exclaimed “Oh my gosh!”

Stuart began bouncing up and down, while the rest of the group shrieked and whooped when they saw the packed meals.

Lisa said “I’m in shock.”

While Rachel added “I can’t believe Big Brother has done this for us.”

In true school-lunch style, the contestants then began swapping parts of their lunch with each other.

Luke and Mohamed exchanged sandwiches, while Belinda swapped her sandwiches for an apple.

Darnell got angry with the other housemates this morning.

The Head of the Big Brother House - who had to pick which contestants should take part in which challenges for this week’s shopping task - got annoyed with people criticising his decisions, especially as he believes they are blaming him for their failure of this week’s test.

He said “I hear what you all are saying, punk, I know all this is probably not even out of your own mind. It’s out of everyone getting together and talking a bunch of s**t. Tell them when they start talking s**t they can kiss my a*s dude. Straight up.”

With Rex and Dale looking on uncomfortably, Mikey asked if Darnell was directing his comments at him.

Darnell replied “I’m talking to you and anyone who feels the same way.”

Talking about Darnells’ decision to place Rex and Kathreya in the baguette-eating contest, Belinda said “When they’re giving you a task that says food, the immediate thing that I would think of, as you did, is Rex and Kat.”

Darnell said “Especially when they were banging on about it for three days, ‘If it’s food, me and Kathreya, me and Kathreya.’ ”

Belinda agreed “I know, I think that too. I would have done the same thing.”

Darnell fumed “That’s not even what I’m talking about. I’m talking about yesterday, it was, ‘Oh, don’t worry, no-one could have done that, it’s ok.’ So I don’t wanna hear no f***ing b******t dude, not today. I’m not in the f***ing mood.”

Big Brother Day 43: HM’s Moan About Each Other

rex.jpgRex moaned about the Big Brother divide last night.

The chef - who is up for eviction along with flamboyant Belinda this week - claimed the Heaven and Hell barrier is tedious and makes life in the house even more boring.

In a chat with Rachel and Kathreya, he said “The house is smaller, the group is smaller and it makes for a boring house.”

Rex also admitted he wants to go home on Friday because he is sick of the monotony in the house.

Kat said she would be upset if Rex left and then voiced her own opinions about the divide.

She said “I don’t mind where I am, I don’t care what I do, and all I mind is good company. I would feel uncomfortable with some people.”

The bubby masseuse also said she can tell some of the housemates don’t like her from the way they look at her.

She said “I don’t understand why people don’t like me when I like them.”

Rachel tried to convince her friend she wasn’t hated, saying she just “hadn’t clicked” with some of the group.

Rex backed up Rachel, saying “Why would anyone not like you? You’re the nicest person in the world. I’ve never had a friend like you, but I think everyone needs a friend like Kat.”

Mohamed and Sara both moaned to Rex last night.

Choosing to confide in his friend, Mohamed - who has angered some of the other Big Brother contestants because he eats so much - admitted he was “p***ed off” with some members of the group.

He said “It winds me up looking at them.”

Referring to the wine-tasting task he completed with Dale this week, he added “I was p***ed off in that room with Dale last night. I did not enjoy it one moment.”

Rex said the whole point of being on ‘Big Brother’ was to have fun, not to be serious.

Mohamed moaned “He wasn’t taking it fun. I knew we weren’t going to do it.”

He admitted some of the group’s jokes upset him, saying “When it comes from you, because I’m close to you it’s in a more friendly way. If they do something bad they say they’ve ‘done a Mo’. I feel like saying, ‘Shut the f**k up.’ ”

Earlier, a furious Sara bitched about Darnell to Rex.

Sara explained she had prepared a sandwich for heavenly housemate Darnell - because she is living on the Hell side of the Big Brother and must serve those on the Heaven side - but when she gave it to him he informed her he was no longer hungry.

She said “What the f**k did I do to him? That was so rude.”

She also claimed that when she asked him what filling he wanted he replied “Woman, just get my food.”

Rex admitted the comment was rude, and Sara replied she had never been spoken to like that before.
