darnell.jpgDarnell attacked a plant in the ‘Big Brother’ garden this morning.

The US rapper was poked in the eye by the plant during a softball game yesterday, and decided to get his own back by destroying the foliage.

Last night, Darnell moaned he had “got his eyeball poked out” by the plant, and complained it had made his sight blurry.

After waking up to find he was still in pain, he rushed outside and began kicking and stamping on the plant.

He then started swinging it around his head. After sending it hurtling to the floor he started stomping on it, saying: “Think I’m playing with you? I’m not playing with you punk. That’s what you get for messing with me!”

Big Brother called Darnell to the Diary Room to make him explain his actions, before insisting he cleaned up the mess and showed consideration for the plants in the future.

Darnell proceeded to go into the garden and say to the plant: “I’m sorry Mr. Plant. I didn’t mean to disrespect you. You hurt my feelings. The final’s coming and I’ve got a lot on my mind. I’m stressed out and I think you took advantage of that, but I can move on.

“I just wanna be homies man - you and all your cousins. I’m gonna get you some water and we gonna hydrate together.”

Big Brother Day 92 - Jealous Guys

rex.jpgRex and Darnell admitted they struggle with jealousy last night.

As the pair were getting ready for bed Rex tactfully tried to tell Darnell - who has enjoyed a flirtation with fellow ‘Big Brother’ housemate Sara - he might find his relationship with Sara is different when he leaves the house, adding she would probably flirt with other men in front of him.

Rex said: “I’m just explaining to you that you very, very, very possibly might not feel the same way outside. You get all the attention in here.”

Worried Darnell replied: “You know me. That could cause a disaster, because I get mad. Like you, I’m a jealous person. I always have been. I get mad.”

Rex - who angered many housemates with the way he tried to control his girlfriend Nicole when she was in the house - said it was strange Darnell had made the comment as he had started to think he might seek professional help for his issues when he left the house.

The pair then agreed they were both quite paranoid too, which only made their problems worse.

Rex added: “It’s not healthy. I’m paranoid and jealous. I stress myself out.”

Earlier, playboy Rex - who has bored the group with tales of his extravagant lifestyle - amazed housemates by claiming he would give the prize money away if he lost the show.

He said: “If I win, I’m donating the money to charity. I’m just humbled by the fact I’m still here.”

Big Brother Day 92 - Sara & Darnell Cuddle Up

sara.jpegSara and Darnell cuddled up under a duvet last night.

As ‘Big Brother’ contestant Darnell - who has a crush on the sexy Angelina Jolie lookalike - snuggled under the cover while sitting on the sofa, Sara jumped under the duvet too and then flung her legs over him.

Flirty Sara giggled: “Let’s see how long we can stay under here.”

Darnell added: “It’s getting hot!”

He then decided to turn on the charm by praising her earlier performance in the Rap challenge.

He said: “You were so funny in your rap today.”

Sara asked: “Did you think it was funny?”

Keen to impress, Darnell replied: “I thought it was just the cutest thing, your whole look and everything. You just looked like that girl you hang with when you’re 15. Like you rode over on your bike and knocked on my door, and my Mom opened the door and you’re like, ‘Is Darnell there?’ ”

As Sara gazed at him, he joked: “Dude, hurry up! We’ve got to go to the skating rink!”

Ignoring him, Sara said: “That was fun doing that.”

Taking his flirting up a level, Darnell mumbled: “I love girls with long hair, but when I spoon, all I get is their hair in my face.

Breaking the mood, Rachel then squeaked: “Are you spooning?”

Embarrassed Darnell and Sara leapt up from under the duvet.

Big Brother Day 92 - Mikey Bitches

michael.jpgMikey bitched about the other housemates in a late night chat with Rachel.

The foul-mouthed comic - who is tipped to win ‘Big Brother’ - began his rant by moaning about Kathreya, who was Rachel’s best friend in the house.

After explaining he was not that upset when she was evicted on Tuesday, Mikey added he felt she had been “led up the garden path” by some of the other housemates who kept telling her she would win.

Explaining he found Kathreya difficult to disagree with, Mikey said: “Every time someone said she wouldn’t be in the final, she’d go sobbing. It’s a no-win situation with her, that’s why I stayed back. I saw the argument with her and Darnell. I haven’t got the energy for that every night.”

He added he didn’t like her “obsession” with the final or her focus on “friends and loyalties”.

He went on to say the only people he would keep in touch with after the show were Lisa, Mario and Rachel, saying: “I certainly don’t want a string of friends after this.”

In a thinly-veiled reference to Darnell - who told Mikey he expects him to win the show because he has a disability - Mikey then revealed he is annoyed with contestants saying he is different now he’s blind.

He said: “The only difference now is that I don’t like noise and smells. Ask anybody who knew me when I could see and can see me now on TV. It’s the same Mikey, the same old Mikey.

He added he was annoyed Rachel had been “dogged” with rumours she is fake, although she refused to be drawn on the topic, saying: “It’s at the end now and it doesn’t affect me. I’m confident with who I am.”

Big Brother Day 92 - Housemates Watch TV

big-brother-logo.gifThe housemates watched an episode of ‘Big Brother’ last night.

The group were given the treat after they successfully completed the Big Brother Rap task yesterday, and were given three episodes - number one, where they entered the house, number seven, where they took the Electric Shock challenge and number 55, where they started the Cops and Robbers task - to choose from.

They all agreed to opt for the Cops and Robbers episode, as that was the only one which featured Sara who did not enter the house until week four.

Reactions to the viewing were generally good, although Rachel looked shocked when she watched Stuart and Luke bitch about her.

The group giggled as Darnell described himself as the “most paranoid person in the world” but there was an uncomfortable silence when Lisa - who had been tasked with picked Rex’ girlfriend Nicole out of a police line-up - described Nicole as “the more common looking” of the possibilities.

When the episode had finished, the excited housemates termed it “unbelievable” and “awesome”.

Rachel claimed she had “got a lot from that” while Darnell said he was “satisfied” with the way he was portrayed.

However, Sara was upset she had not appeared much on screen and also moaned her nose looked big, prompting Rex to call it “bulbous”.

Rex was also shocked at the way Kathreya - who was evicted on Tuesday - came across, saying: “It’s not as we know Kat. She didn’t come across as sweet at all.”
